Federtechnik Group

Feinstanz AG has been part of the Federtechnik Group since 2011. The takeover by the traditional Swiss company has paved the way for a new, even more future-oriented strategy. Sustainable growth, constant innovation and synergies within the group of companies bring about even more competence, service and quality. Customers benefit in several ways, because this bundling of forces creates new ways to realise modernisation and automation projects even more efficiently.

With almost 100 years of experience in the development, production and optimisation of technical components made of wire and strip, the Federtechnik Group is one of the leading companies in the industry. It produces to the very highest standards and uses state-of-the-art technologies in its three companies that belong to the group. Quality through precision and know-how ensures the reliability of the highly stressed components, which are often crucial components for smooth operation. The Federtechnik Group offers the whole world of metal processing, with high-precision springs, fineblanked parts as well as stamped and bent parts. It stands for customised customer projects and individual solutions from a single source - from the development phase to serial production as well as packaging and logistics.

Innovation by tradition

The Federtechnik Group was founded in 1927. Since then, the company has grown continuously and is constantly investing in the modernisation and expansion of its equipment. As with Feinstanz AG, innovation by tradition has always been at the heart of the Federtechnik Group's entrepreneurial activities.

The most modern equipment only becomes really efficient with the right employees and its full potential can be used if the training and further education in the company accompanies the technological development. This also includes the training of apprentices, whom we in the group of companies develop into the skilled workers of tomorrow as our greatest asset for a successful future.

Production in Switzerland for the international markets

With its nearly 300 employees, the Federtechnik Group produces at three locations in Switzerland. The group's headquarters are in Kaltbrunn, in the canton of St. Gallen. The Federtechnik Group is clearly committed to its production locations in Switzerland, where it is one of the most important local employers.

There is hardly an industrial sector in which products from the internationally active group are not used. Whether it is in sectors such as automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, medical equipment, the electrical industry or in kitchen and furniture making - the Federtechnik Group stands for quality, innovation and precision from Switzerland.
