With us you will learn to develop, design and practically implement. Polymechanics manufacture tools, components and manufacturing equipment. They program and operate machines using technical drawings, monitor manufacturing, commission and maintain equipment.
The vocational school can be attended at two levels of difficulty (Profile G and Profile E) and classes take place one or two days a week at the BWZ Rapperswil (centre for vocational training and continued education).
Good performance in geometry, mathematics and physics as well as a good technical comprehension, great passion for the processing of various metal parts and the enjoyment of working with machines.
For the Polymechanic and Manufacturing Mechanic apprenticeships, we work together with "libs Industrielle Berufslehren Schweiz". From the application phase to the completion of the apprenticeship, libs is your first point of contact and the assignment with us starts directly after the basic training. E.g. Swiss-certified Technician (HF) Mechanical Engineering, Swiss-certified Technician (HF) Systems Engineering, Swiss-certified Technician (HF) Microengineering
- University of Applied Sciences:
With a corresponding education, e.g. Bachelor of Science (FH) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering or in automotive and vehicle engineering.
